Already asked them that, I had another admin grab one of the keys to test it. They get other emails still. My only thought is that its not firing because they don't have to pay for these as I've set them as FREE for specific groups. Someone purchased an item around the same time and he sent evidence of the email. Other emails are firing too. Just this one which makes no sense. Link to comment
