Remove Email Notifications from Banned Members

Hello,

Is there a script that takes a member category and removes all notifications for that member category?  Basically when I send out a newsletter I don't want BANNED members receiving the emails.

Banned members won't receive your bulk mail, they're automatically excluded

Are they excluded in every case?

Even if they are in other secondary groups?

What about the former "banned" GROUP in IPB3?

Can I easily change the former group user status to the new "banned indefinitely" setting?

But users marked as spammers still get email notificiations.

This should be fixed.
