Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Michel_72 Posted August 20, 2017 Posted August 20, 2017 Hi, my site just when down complately (error 500) after merely installing a plugin that was posted by IPS staff that would enable me to control the relative date/time format. Customisable_Date_Formats.xml https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/406253-please-restore-date-format-editing-ability-in-ips4/?tab=comments#comment-2518773 I have tried to remove the plugin from the database in core_plugins but that didn't solve the issue. What to do? I have filed a support ticket, but that could take a while.
Michel_72 Posted August 26, 2017 Author Posted August 26, 2017 The issue has been resolved by removing the plugin from the database and by removing the file /plugins/hooks.php

After removing, you need to restore this file? The better way is to delete hooks.php and then uninstall the plugin in the AdminCP. Deleting the plugin from the database will not remove it properly. Alternatively, if you're having an issue, submit a support ticket.
