Posted May 7, 20177 yr Just applied the new security release 4.1.19.3. The forum members cannot post any messages since the upgrade .... any idea ?? regards
May 7, 20177 yr Does the same apply to you ? Have one of the effected members clear their browser cache or try another browser temporarily to check.
May 7, 20177 yr Author Yes, the same for me as admin :-/ I clear my cache, tried firefoc and chrome, always the same :-/ The text area for answering does not appear. see pic
May 7, 20177 yr Go to the admin panel and run the Support Tool , just choose "something is not working" Let it run until it says its cleared cached data. At this stage try your post screen again. When the post screen initially has finished loading hard refresh the page (press CTRL+F5 on a Windows machine, unsure what key combo is needed on an Apple OS) If it is still not working, temporarily disable any third party plugins you have to see if one of those is causing it (that seems a bit unlikely but it is worth checking)
May 7, 20177 yr Author well put ... it runs fine at know :-) Suggestion : force cache clearing when upgrading the software !!!
