Dice Roller?

So, I have a roleplay site that I use IP Board for. 

A random dice roller code should be easy enough, except I don't know javascript at all, and I'm 100% positive I need to know it in order to be able to do this. I mean, I can do HTML and CSS to my heart's content, but I never learned Java, so I'm unable to do this myself. With that, in my time of need, I turn to you! 

If anyone could, pretty please, help me create a dice roller that either rolled dice in posts, or stored dice roll data from a member for staff/moderators to review, that would be very helpful and much appreciated <3 

It would need to have, basically, the functionality of a D&D dice roller, including percentiles, but otherwise I don't have much preference on how it works so long as you explain to me what I need to know from an admin stand, and what my members need to know from their end.
