I have been looking for a way to export a list of my products, update them, and then reimport them back into the Commerce application.  Is there a feasible way of doing that?

This is not available using default functionality within IP.Commerce.  You might be able to extract the information from MySQL (which is beyond my scope, but you might be able to ping @Nathan Explosion who might be able to assist).
