Content translation plugin

Hi guys,

Would anyone code simple plugin, which will allow users to translate posts/articles/content to some other language by click on "Translate to ..." button?

Bing offers free API to their translation engine. And it does even support text/html cobtent type, so original content formatting and all child DOM nodes will be kept after translation.
