How to update my plugin IPS4

Hi,

I recently upgraded my forums to the latest version, but I have an issue with one of the plugins called 'Converter' not sure what exactly is this but I believe it is made for the chatbox mute option.

Here is a picture : 

 

Can someone tell me how can I fix it step by step?

I think that it is the official Ips Converter app. You will have to download the latest version and upgrade it.

It tells you what to do in the blurb below it - go to the client area, download the full suite.

What is it? It's the IPS converters, which are now packaged with 4.1.18 onwards.

Why is it there? Probably because you converted from another software at some point, maybe?

Do you need it? That's your call - if you need it, update it as it says in the instructions. If you don't then uninstall it.

you nailed on the head unless need the converter to be installed then uninstall or if need there for other reason then download it, you have option to include converter in files you download in client area so update that way.
