Error in Upgrade to Beta 4.1.18

I am encountering an error in my test installation upgrade such as this:

I do not think it is anything to do with the Beta version itself but my own database. I believe this is a database error? Can anyone decipher this error thrown? I moved my test installation from one server to another, this is why I think it may be due to something not configured correctly on my end.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok, never mind on the error, the upgrade took and completed. But, I cannot access forums, when I click on a category, the forum will not open. Hmmm, any ideas are greatly appreciated once again!
