Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Cowboy Denny Posted December 21, 2016 Posted December 21, 2016 Has anyone had any success in creating a form? ideally I could create forms on my site that would replace our manual/paper forms. so it would include regular text and people would fill out fields, click on date drop downs (able to select multiple dates), drop down selection, check marks, relational (rely on a previous answer to provide more selections and the doozy is able to insert a picture taken on your phone or iPad. Once populated, save the data so you could pull it up, search it, print it. any chance this is possible?

Forms application is s[specifically designed for the creation of forms and sending out notifications, emails and private messages. I also believe it keeps a log any time the forum is used. Pages on the other hand will allow you to create a form, but I have yet to find a way to control or setup emails or notifications with it.
