Facebook disabled?

i have sign in with facebook enabled and went through the entire process to get a key and secret key but once im signed in normally and attempt to sync my previously made forum account with facebook - i see that it's disabled, is that normal or am i missing something?

What is shown in the screenshot just means that for this specific account the connection to Facebook is turned off. You would go to the Facebook tab and connect it. Then it changes to Enabled.

but the Facebook tab doesn't appear? yet enabled on the acp

if the built in provider isnt showing up, and you followed the setup notes correctly. I would recommend submitting a ticket.
