I would really appreciate if you could implement an admin feature for disabling gallery pic upload without having choosen an album before.

At the moment a lot of users in our community are confused about the different pics in the gallery.

Maybe there could be a category individual setting like "album upload only".

This would be great!

We're going to be revising the upload process in Gallery... sometime soon, I hope!
