My forum is not fully operational. I wrote a ticket. Now I can not get help because "upgrade client area" continues .... lol?

What is the issue you're experiencing? 

Have you tried running the support tool from your Admin CP and checked the contents of your system logs? (Available in the same section)

Post any errors you find here if you'd like here, just remove any paths or other revealing information from the error message.
