Auto Follow

I'm looking for a plugin that will make all new registered members follow a specific account. Using the old myspace for example when you would join you would automatically be friend Tom. I want this to be used as a way to encourage members to increase their following by giving them one "on the house." per-say.

I have coded this for a client a while ago. I'm waiting now for his response to see if I can release it in the marketplace
