Is there a reason why words such as I'm and I've show as

I'm & I&#39've

Few of our members are noticing it more and more and it's rather irritating.

Only happened since the upgrade, searching google shows a lot of forums with this issue. But it was never there before v3.4.9.

I have not met this issue. Can you give a test user account to view this issue?

We found the error that caused this, it was due to the filter changing 'ive' to 'I've', etc.
