The Dark Wizard
I've heard nothing but greatness from sites who switched to Redis over Memcached. I'm slowly working on a migration that will take a while and since IPS supports it out of the box, its a possibility to switch to this. Has anyone seen any improvements of using it over mc? RevengeFNF
For IPS, memcached works best.
HCICT
I don't know witch is better. I found a article on stackoverflow about memcached vs Redis.
RevengeFNF
That article is not about Memcached and Redis on IPS 4.

Just out of curiousity, why do you say that, and have you tested redis vs memcached with IPB, if there is even a way to test it.
