Is HHVM compatibile with ips4?

Hi, when i try to setup my forum with ips4 return this error...

"[[Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]"

On 3.4.x hhvm works perfectly. Is more faster than PHP (Also php7)

Almost the same or a bit faster but php7 is more compatible ^_^
