Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Luc Wolfe Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Right now GoDaddy offers php version 5.3, 5.4, 5.4 native and 5.5 I'm running at 5.4 I want to go to 5.5 since Invision Power won't be supported on the next update so I want to make the switch to 5.5 to keep me up to date - ish. RevengeFNF Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Like it says there, you should open a ticket with goddady, and show them that messages.
Ahmad E. Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 AFAIK GoDaddy uses cPanel, where you can choose which extensions to load somewhere in the control panel (not exactly sure where as I do not use cPanel myself).
Luc Wolfe Posted June 1, 2016 Author Posted June 1, 2016 yeah I've tried that and nothing worked, now ips4 doesnt support php 5.4...
ASTRAPI Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 Quote now ips4 doesnt support php 5.4 Php doesn't support 5,4 so IPB will not support a very old and outdated version. You should consider newer versions like 5.6 that works perfect with IPB and offer much better security and performance
Luc Wolfe Posted June 1, 2016 Author Posted June 1, 2016 I've been trying for a few month with playing with these settings: and still getting these results though
