Members Tab?

I just upgraded my test site to 4.1.9 I don't see a Members Tab, has it been discontinued? Or maybe my installation didn't work right. Search hasn't shown me anything and I haven't been able to make a menu tab so members can list forum members.

Yes, you can use the search for this e.g. http://community.invisionpower.com/search/?q=&type=core_members or there's also an application available for this
