I can't connect the Commerce module

It looks like its not been upgraded which is why its 'locked' as it would likely cause errors if you tried to use it 'as is'

Is your support active for Commerce (Nexus) ?

You should be able to download it (it will download all products that are active) from the Client Area.

If you are not sure: Just submit a ticket in the Client Area (give a link to this topic so they can see) and they will be able to tell you if you need to renew anything or just upload/upgrade it. :)
