Posted January 21, 20169 yr hi, your licensing server is down. i am trying to do an upgrade, it asked me for license key. i tried to access the licensing page at you client area (https://www.invisionpower.com/clients/index.php?app=nexus&module=clients§ion=purchases) The following error ERROR The request could not be satisfied. CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection. Generated by cloudfront (CloudFront) Request ID: c3s6GW0tfHvWI-lSrXboAp9Go97TlMKhsxg0YhDS3ItRMpmLctaH9g== then i tried entered my license key during the upgrade it showed "There was an error communicating with the IPS License Server: Operation timed out after 0 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received. Please try again later or contact IPS technical support for assistance."
January 22, 20169 yr I am getting a blank screen on Firefox, and the following on Chrome: Quote Server error 500 The website encountered an error while retrievinghttps://www.invisionpower.com/clients/index.php?app=nexus&module=payments§ion=store&do=add&id=17&k=123. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
January 22, 20169 yr The licensing server happens to go down from time to time. The important thing to do is to be patient. Additionally, you can always notify IPS Support if there's a problem relating to your community that is critically affecting it.
