I used to be able to just post the URL to a YouTube video and the forum software (V4) converts it automatically to an embedded video with the thumbnail and play functionality. 

That doesn't work anymore. When I paste the URL, its published just as a link. Any idea how to fix it?

Thanks. I'll follow the instructions there. Hopefully it will fix it. 

When you post your video link, hit your enter key, and wait a few moments for the video to properly embed itself. What's happening is that you're posting the message and the video too fast for the system to properly embed the video. There's nothing wrong with the video embed.
