I juste upgraded from 4.0.13 to 4.1.5.2
Everything went fine but the editor goes mad... the icons of the buttons ara not ne the good one
For example the default large Editor is:

 

I tried to click on "Restore Default Configuration" but didn't change anything
Tried to go inn Support and clear the cache... noting better

Could you please tlle me what can I do to correct this ?

Ctrl + F5, or clear your browser cache.

Oh thanks... I tried Ctrl F5 but had no effect
I cleared the cache manually

Thanks for clearing that up. I was having the same issue. Damnit browser cache, such a pain
