  1. Hi mate I have just upgraded from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0, all seems to be working but when I search for a user it just comes up with a blank page like so (see attached) Any ideas? Thanks Steve
  2. Hi there Bit of an update... The system seems to be working now, but there seems to be no confirmation page when adding feedback. It just goes to a blank page. Is this an error or is it a feature that hasn't been added yet? I think it's quite important from a users point of view. Let me know. Cheers Steve
  3. Hi there, did you manage to find the error? I have had to disable the system because it still doesnt work. Let me know Cheers Steve
  4. Of course you can, my username is PooM :)
  5. Thanks mate. The link to my board is... Www.civiclife.net Thanks :)
  6. I have checked the error logs and they are set to view all level errors, no errors since yesterday.
  7. Thanks, that fixed the notification error. However, there is no message to say "User Feedback submitted succesfully", etc? It just takes me to a blank page. Not very intuitive for the user. When is 1.0.5 coming out? As there is no point in using the system unless you can use full topic URLs. Members are lazy, and will not want to put the effort in extracting the Topic ID from the URL. Thanks Steve :)
  8. Entering the full URL doesn't work... However, if you enter the topic code (not very intuitive for members), it brings up this error as soon as you click Submit. But it does add the Feedback successfully. Ideally, it needs to be a full URL of the topic, as this is what members will be trying to do. Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'BAD_NOTIFY_KEY' in /home/civiclif/public_html/board/admin/sources/classes/member/notifications.php:457 Stack trace: #0 /home/civiclif/public_html/board/admin/applications_addon/other/feedback/modules_public/view/view.php(319): notifications->sendNotification() #1 /home/civiclif/public_html/board/admin/applications_addon/other/feedback/modules_public/view/view.php(57): public_feedback_view_view->leave_feedback('32391') #2 /home/civiclif/public_html/board/admin/sources/base/ipsController.php(285): public_feedback_view_view->doExecute(Object(ipsRegistry)) #3 /home/civiclif/public_html/board/admin/sources/base/ipsController.php(112): ipsCommand->execute(Object(ipsRegistry)) #4 /home/civiclif/public_html/board/admin/sources/base/ipsController.php(65): ipsController->handleRequest() #5 /home/civiclif/public_html/board/index.php(26): ipsController::run() #6 {main} thrown in /home/civiclif/public_html/board/admin/sources/classes/member/notifications.php on line 457
  9. Hi there Yes I am sure I have uploaded the updates. The file date is yesterdays. Any ideas? Really want this up and running asap! :) Cheers Steve
  10. Hi there I have re-uploaded the "upload" folder of the new version and I am still getting the same issue. Am I doing something wrong? Let me know. Cheers Steve
  11. Hi there I have just installed the modification, and when my members enter a deal topic and submit, it comes up with the error below... [#1] Invalid deal topic Any ideas? Cheers Steve :)
  12. How about having some sort of dock at the edge of the page, so you can expand the chatroom over the page. You can browse the forum while the chat window is still open or you can dock it again. I don't know if any of you use Firebug with Mozilla Firefox, but something along those sort of lines. Means it doesn't take the members completely away from the forum. :)
