nylyon Posted November 21, 2015 Share Posted November 21, 2015 I just upgraded my forum, and there's quite a number of members having an issue where the editor won't open up for them... In must cases <control> F5 seems to resolve the issue, but some it doesn't seem to work. If I find a member who is proficient enough I can try to get the screen shot. My forum members are far more mechanical than computer literate. Would be nice if there would be a screenshot of the developer console possible. Hard refresh is working in almost all cases so I suspect a cache issue with the client, but there's one member where this is not the case. And CTRL + F5 (hard reload) isn't always the solution. Sometimes you have to clear your complete browser history + cookies + cache for gettin' things working again.
