Anyone got an idea or is that an undescovered bug or got it already reported?

what's content in the database? What version you used when you downloaded the database.

you might have a broken database,

I created the database just myself.

I don't have content now, as soon as i create content its throws the EX0.

Make a new database then. I might test it on my test site, however doing it on the phone isn't easy

Same issue on a new database...

something that IPS needs to look at. No problems at my end regarding creating a database.

have your site updated to 4.1.2 and submit a support ticket.
