Want me to look for the post?
broni Posted September 27, 2015 Author Posted September 27, 2015 Thanks but it won't help in any way.

broni Posted September 27, 2015 Author Posted September 27, 2015 I can't access my site so I can't read anything.

broni Posted September 27, 2015 Author Posted September 27, 2015 I have access to nothing. My Home Page When you click on the above you'll see. Just blank page.
Adriano Faria Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 FTP: Folder uploads/logs. At least you'll know what's going on.
linkmat Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 i already see it when i write on php on IP.Content in 3.4.X .... but i dont know if its the same in 4.X ...
tnn Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 Strange, I looked at the website then the source code and there's not a stitch of html but it did serve up the favicon!(?) I think Adriano Faria idea is the best start.

tnn Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 Could be, I'm staying away from mods and themes until this version becomes stable. There are way too many issues that should not be happening for a commercial product.
tnn Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 broni, do you have access to your .htaccess file if there is one?
elonegenio Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 broni I was on your site when it went down. I think it is a hosting problem as I went to refresh it said 500 error which tells me there is an internal server problem.
broni Posted September 27, 2015 Author Posted September 27, 2015 Not quite. The site is up but several things are not working. Can't create new topic, can't post replies.

broni Posted September 27, 2015 Author Posted September 27, 2015 IPS did it. I got a reply from them few minutes ago.

Because using those don't fix the issue?

You need to rebuild your cache. There is an underlying issue if I can jar my memory. 4.0 is different to the 3.0 in a lot if ways. Also extremely buggy.
Lab Rats Rule Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 Do you run suphp? I think this may possibly be it... Maybe... I had too many issues and they are jumbled in my brain. LOL... If you have Supho you can blame this one on lack of documentation for constants.php.... IPS can do it, or you would need to run a database query I can provide. This is a temp fix so you need to fix your issue or it will keep happening. We used to have tools for this, Grrr...

It might be beneficial to wait for IPB to finish and then asked them what went wrong and what did they do to get your board running (partially) again. And then of course get the information on the rest of the issues.

I kept running that query on a regular basis until it was solved.
