4 hours ago my site went down. No idea what happened. All pages open to a blank page.

I opened emergency ticket right away but no reply yet.

Wish I could help...  You could be waiting a long time unless you show IPS the money.  I did see something similar happen to another person.  Want me to look for the post?

You are right!  Actually I found it and the resolution is missing from the post.  Did you read your error files?

Just what exactly do you have access to?  Can your webhost or you restart some services to see if this helps?

i already see it when i write on php on IP.Content in 3.4.X .... but i dont know if its the same in 4.X ...

Strange, I looked at the website then the source code and there's not a stitch of html but it did serve up the favicon!(?) I think Adriano Faria idea is the best start.

We shall see...  My bets are on themes and cache,  The other person this happened to added a mod.

Could be, I'm staying away from mods and themes until this version becomes stable. There are way too many issues that should not be happening for a commercial product. 

broni, do you have access to your .htaccess file if there is one?

broni I was on your site when it went down. I think it is a hosting problem as I went to refresh it said 500 error which tells me there is an internal server problem.

What did you do to get it running to this point?

IPS did it. I got a reply from them few minutes ago.

And how did they fix this?  Perhaps by using one of the rebuild/cache tools we can't have?  Because using those don't fix the issue?

You need to rebuild your cache.  There is an underlying issue if I can jar my memory.

4.0 is different to the 3.0 in a lot if ways. Also extremely buggy.

Do you run suphp?  I think this may possibly be it...  Maybe...  I had too many issues and they are jumbled in my brain.  LOL...  If you have Supho you can blame this one on lack of documentation for constants.php....

IPS can do it, or you would need to run a database query I can provide.  This is a temp fix so you need to fix your issue or it will keep happening.  We used to have tools for this,  Grrr...

It might be beneficial to wait for IPB to finish and then asked them what went wrong and what did they do to get your board running (partially) again. And then of course get the information on the rest of the issues.

It took 13 days for my critical tix to be resolved.  LOL..  I just looked, it was suphp in my case.   I kept running that query on a regular basis until it was solved.
