How can we allow our moderators to pin posts? Can't find these permissions.

ACP -> Members -> Moderators -> edit group/member you want to give permission -> Forums tab, enable: Can pin topics/questions?

Thanks Jim. We had that permission on in the group setting, but for each member it was off. I guess the member settings override the group settings.
