InstallingTest Board with Wamp - License Key

I want to install a test board of IPB 4 on wamp to test the board and change the theme before updating my main forum. It requires a key when I do this and will not allow me to use the key from my existing board. Is there a way I can run a test forum on wamp?

add -TESTINSTALL to the end of the key.

If its localhost (and it actually says localhost in the URL not an alias to it) it will not 'eat' up your test key in most cases.
