Password reset

I haven't logged into the client area for a while and tried today to find an error that all accounts were reset so I need to do a password reset. I tried this but never get an email nothing in my junk either. I have email support and had no reply has anyone else had this issue?

They are not being rejected from what I can see, I would check your spam box or email filters, perhaps white list @invisionpower.com to ensure you are not blocking these at a mail server level.  Or you can request the email be updated to another email that works better in your existing ticket.

I thought that but when I try to log in to main site I get this error. Is it not possible for you to change my email address?

 

Username or password incorrect.
Please note: All client passwords were reset on 2 October, 2014. If you are unable to login, please click "I've forgotten my password" to reset.
