IPS website takes too long to load now

No idea if anyone else is having similar issues but it is now sometimes taking 10 seconds to load the IPS forum (this site) into browser (doesn't happen every time but getting more frequently now)

I really hope this speed improves and that when installing IPB 4 on my website that it is not going to take ages to load as if so then will not be using IPB 4 (or to improve d/load speed have to get my host to make changes to server which they are unlikely going to do)

It's been happening to me for weeks/months now. Sometimes takes over 20 seconds to load the site for the first time.

I don't think it's software related though because it's not happening on my own site.

Or it's people smashing f5 which kills IPB

I don't really have any  load issues with this site OR my own running on IPB4. I think at worse I had to wait like 5 seconds or something but it really does feel speedy about 95% of the time.

I think that the problem is related on incapsula.

if we are talking about this site.
