Ocean West Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 moved to IPS several years back and have the 'convert' app still installed - once i convert to 4 is it safe to remove this app?does it need to be maintain to do mappings from the legacy forum to IPS 3x? Do i need to maintain the legacy documents at the site root: showtopic.php / showforum.php and the old config.php from the conversion should i delete the app ( and the database) before upgrade to 4? Stuart Silvester Posted April 4, 2015 Share Posted April 4, 2015 If you're still using the redirection scripts, You need the app installed (uninstalling it would remove the data).If you don't think you need them anymore, then you can uninstall the app. It won't break anything else.
