I have many posts with quotes from prior to upgrading.  None of them have the quote any longer.  New quotes look fine, old ones are simply the text that was quoted followed by the reply.  The background processes are still running.

Will this eventually be repaired?  If not, is there a query I can run to manually repair it?

I have actually noticed this on IPS support forums myself. Mainly in the downloads are when reading the reviews on add-ons. I am surprised this is the first time(At least I've seen) I've heard someone mention it. Hopefully this can be fixed as well. Have you submitted a bug report?

Hmm, seems fixed now that the rebuilding has finished.
