I saw that on the marketplace they are two files under the 4.0 category. However, when i click on it it shows me no files are there and to submit one. How can i see what those two files are?

That's been that way for a few days, at first I thought it was on purpose while they prepare the marketplace for IPS4, but I just noticed you get a 404 if you click "Create the First", bug perhaps?
