Just to let you know, I followed the link on email and changed the pasword but I wasn't prompted to reply to any question.

The password is changed using phone.

It asks you to create questions when you go to Client area :)

That's what I did. Clicked on the link in the email, changed the password and logged here.

Just made it again on my PC and I could reply to questions. On phone it doesn't work simply because the form isn't on mobile skin.
