Is it safe to have the Caches Tables, for example, Cache_Store, Content_Cache_Post and Content_Cache_Sig using the Engine MEMORY?

Im already using for example, the Memory Engine for the Session tables.

I guess there is no problem if we reboot the server and the content of those caches tables disappears, im i right?

No you don't want those in memory.
