Customer Service Ticket

Hello,


First of all sorry for this, but I don't really want to create another ticket.

I have a ticket with number #846278 that was created on 05 March 2013 - 10:49 AM and has been escalated the same day.

Is it possible from somebody at management to take a look at it? I fear that today is the last day that something can be done, because if else I would need to wait until Monday..

Your ticket is in the Customer Service department and will be handled when someone is available.

That department is not closed over the weekend, however staff levels are smaller.

Someone will address your ticket as soon as they are able. Thank you for your patience.
