This is a simple hook that will add a new notification option for your users when their posts will be edited.

After you install the hook, the notification option can be enabled at Profile->My Settings->Notification Options->Forums->Notify me when my posts are edited and save the changes. Now anytime your post is edited you will receive a new notification letting you know about that fact showing who edited your post and the link to the post that was edited.

Several screenshots of the hook are attached so it will give you a more detailed idea on how it looks like when being used.
