GreenLinks
Hello , Is it possible for you to make sure Maintenance Tools like Recount and Rebuilt can be directly run through SSH instead of browser. Browsers can easily timeout and runs slower.

MisterPhilip
This is currently possible using the /tools folder Rebuild is available, but not recount.... unless I'm missing some files ;)
blair
My apologies, you are correct. However, when I upgraded from 2.3 -> 3.1 rebuilding topics took weeks. While recounting is generally measured in minutes. All maintenance tools should have a shell option.
Aussie Cable
While I do not get any browser timeouts when using the maintenance tools, I really would like to see these available to be run via CLI. Just because I prefer CLI than using a browser.
