It successfully uploaded for me but only after adjusting the settings in my file conf_global.php three times. The first two times, I had memory limit issues. I finally set the memory limit at 640M and then the upload was able to install correctly. I am using IP Board version 3.3.4. Thanks @Dr Coder for creating this. It took you a lot of time.
