I got a PM on here for server work saying no matter what they do someone what hacking there websites and such, Its an easy fix or a few mins manual patch stopped it. Then again this only works if you do not have the right apache Disable_Functions set or your running an older depreciated version of apache. But if you use WHM for an example and you set the right rules it will update you automatic. Many thanks for the update, It will help other users. Regards. Gary.
