• Jay • Posted August 18, 2011 Share Posted August 18, 2011 In forums where members are restricted from viewing other member topics, I'd like to see pinned topics visible to all the members within that forum. :) There's really no other reason to pin a topic in that kind of forum as it exists right now. [img] [/img] There's really no other reason to pin a topic in that kind of forum as it exists right now. You're making a pretty blanket statement. ;) Why not just use announcements here? I remember working on a site that had a forum like this - it was used as a pseudo-support ticket system. Members could see their own topics, but not topics from other users, while mods/admins could see and reply to them all.
