majdi Posted July 3, 2010 Posted July 3, 2010 Great mod. Is it ajax based? my guess would be yes. You can set how many topics do you want to show, the interval for the list auto update, exclude forums and groups allowed to see the list.
Volstate Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 I wish this would show in the sidebar. I can't believe someone hasn't made a hook yet that displays in the sidebar doing basically what this hook does.
Zhana Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 Why sidebar? There's already a way to display in sidebar.
majdi Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 which template do i have to edit to make this hook look like my skin?

Volstate Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 Why sidebar? There's already a way to display in sidebar. Recent topics will show in sidebar but replies will not.
Lioncomputer Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 Hi, Thanks. but How Can i Move it at bottom of Index Page?
Adriano Faria Posted July 11, 2010 Author Posted July 11, 2010 YOu can't. You need another hook to that. This one shows above.
Graeme S. Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 Fantastic mod Adriano! One of my favourites! Keep up the great work!
Gaffney Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 It would be great if The users could customize how many new topics they want to see. Edit, doesn't seem to ajax refresh for me, I have to refresh my page to see the new content.
Gaffney Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 edit: Seems like the ajax refresh doesn't work when you set it to less than 30, I set it to 15 which was a bit much.
Gaffney Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Is their anyway that I can edit it's template to make it less cluttered ? I've tried editing the templates in the skin but it doesn't make any changes ?
Azis Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 1-Refresh is not working. I started it with 500 seconds, than it was too slow. With 100 seconds or less, I could see the topic updated on forums list, but even after 200 seconds, refresh or anything, sometimes the recent topic where no uptaded. 2-Can I (or "how do I edit to") send someone to the last post on the topic? 3- How do I change the title to "Recent answered topics"?
Planetby Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 Brill mod Adriano :) same question as above would be how to change the public title ? PS: Works fine on 3.1.2 ;)
*Salvo* Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 Brill mod Adriano :) same question as above would be how to change the public title ? PS: Works fine on 3.1.2 ;) Maybe I can help you: ACP>>>Look and feel>>>(Manage)Language (s)>>click on your language and on the search box put: "Recent Topics". It must be related to topicos_recentes string that you'll see up the translation. On the right box put what you want instead, and save. I've centered the title using the html center tags.

Adriano Faria Posted July 27, 2010 Author Posted July 27, 2010 You probably remove the permission in forums for guests and enabled guests in hook.
PSXHosting Ltd. Posted July 27, 2010 Posted July 27, 2010 I excluded all forums that guests dont have permission to read in.
