Is it possible to have portal layout by default something like mentioned in below topic link:

I am not sure for all but i have checked few forums and NONE are using the stock portal layout.

It would be nice if default portal layout can be designed in more good way.

Yeah I agree as the layout code I uploaded is pretty easy to understand and easier to work with than the default layout code.
