I saw a feature on other boards where users could use a spoiler tag so the info in the tag would not show up unless the readers click the "Show Spoiler" button. This is a feature we could use if possible :)

You mean this? It is already implemented.

What version are you using? The 2.3.x series did that but the one above is in the 3.0 series.

v2.3.6, all mine does is highlight stuff into black

There might be a modification in the resources otherwise I would suggest to probably upgrade to 3.0. I remember trying to make this backwards compatible via pre-3.0 release and it wasn't easy.

Well you have to have an active support license to download anything (and if you do then you need to sumbit a support ticket to get your account adjusted) and then top right:
Services > Client Resources
