Obviously its a little hard to search for SEF related stuff with a 4 letter search limit, but a lot of the posts and blogs around suggest it was due to be implemented as standard on IPB 3. Where do I find it? It does not support a feature that retrieves page titles for posted links, which is what you are talking about, and which is NOT "SEF urls". Look in the address bar.
