How come search results don't show the topic's author anymore? In some searches, that's even more important than the topic title.

I'll be honest - I rarely ever use a forum search engine. Google's much faster and much more reliable overall. ;)

I do too - (un)fortunately Google doesn't index topics it doesn't have permission to in which case I'm stuck with the forum search engine :)

I appreciate your letting us know that its at least something we can easily edit. I just did the modification to change the view new posts, and I am very thankful to you for that!
