jordyboi
Ok on the 14th of december i think it was i reported the board http://www.football101.co.uk via the piracy email & the piracy report php form, i know there nulled because the ip board links at the bottom dont link to anything which is the first sign of a nulled board also when asked the admin admitted he never even knew ipb was paid software. Yet those rougues are still on the go, now i know ipb mainly focus on distribution of the files and thats what i dont get, i emailed you telling you they are giving members the new ipb forum versions out to members who donate via pm, i got a pm there saying the following Dear valued member, Please donate to help us keep the forum alive, in return you will get -: Latest ipb forum files Latest vbulletin files Paid skin rips Games Software Please donate to football101@hotmail.co.uk ------ Now what kinda pisses me of is that i am admin on a forum where we all chipped in and worked hard over 3 months for a license converting from ipbfree to have sites like this just run it like this. Its sending out a mesage to the nullers and rougues, most will not fear running a nulled board because nothing ever happens. I for one though will always use ipb and pay for the software as its the least you can do when teams of people work ahrd to produc such a worldwide known forum software
Watty
I'm sure IPS appreciates you submitting the link as a possible pirated board - but as has been explained numerous times on these boards, it's not cheap to take legal action against a person and their pirated board. You've done your bit by notifying IPS of the possible problem - nothing else you can do from that point on. Karma will bite them in the butt eventually, so you can glow in knowing that bit. ;)

Energizer
It will bring them nothing to report illegal fora. I have reported illegal fora, it already has passed for 1 year. You still exist. <_<

Tony
Wait until they switch to vBulletin (but be careful, they may use licensed vB) then http://www.vbulletin.com/piracy.php . Probably they've received an e-mail from IPS. :shifty: Lol, look at admins http://football101.co.uk/forum/index.php?a...mp;CODE=leaders, two of them are "childs", one of them have 15 and other 16. I bet they didn't hear about a licensed software until now.

Mat Barrie
there datacentre is softlayer - contact softlayer many a time have i contacted them about dmca notices. Softlayer is VERY strict on piracy - they clamp down on it like flies to poop. They couldn't have picked a worse datacentre to host pirated software with (and the worst part, I assume Smartwave is a shared host, in which case Softlayer shuts down anywhere from tens to hundreds of client sites if they're caught out)
bfarber
Thanks for the report. :) In the future use the form and just let the piracy department do what they need to do. Reporting it here as well won't expedite the process.
