Yes i know this has probably been suggested 1,000,000* times already :P ... but can the devs please consider (either for 2.4 or 3.0) adding an option per member group to allow that group to choose skins or not please :cool:

The existing option (in tools / settings) to allow skins to be chosen is ok as that would be a global switch

Both sound nice. But addition: Instead of having to click the drop-down menu and the skin options; why not a simple small icon on the main LOOK & FEEL tab of weather the skin can be public or private (admin/global modrator). But as Simps suggested in the above quote: Also a skin that only admins can see (& not global mods/mods)
